In Memorium . . . . . .
T-bone, we knew the day we brought you to our home that you would bring fulfillment to our lives.
You grew up gracefully . . . . . (sort of).
And then you met your fate.
T-bone, we love you more today than we did yesterday. You will live on in our freezer and there will always be a special place for you on our plates.
;-P

That's awesome. Your my kind of gal, Rachel!
We don't fluff things for our kids either. They know when they see the chicken truck pull through town that the chickens' fates will be a dinner plate. Tristan often goes through the food chain and asks his brothers if they know what or who they are eating.
Raising your own beef...once again your awesome. Enjoy!
Thanks! I really thought some might find this entry offensive . . . . LOL ;-)
LOL Rachel. So it tasted really good huh?
Yup, it's very good Nicole!
I guess I'm ill educated. My your(s) should be You're(s). Ugh. Sometimes the brain and hands do NOT connect.
I didn't even notice, Adelia. :-) Seriously, I must edit my posts probably a dozen times after I post them, lol.
LOL!!!! I could not stop laughing when I saw the plate with food lol!!!!
Poor cow :P But it's not like he was your pet.
If I had a cow it would be my pet. I would eat someone elses cow. Maybe one of yours lol!
Ahhhh, thanks for the laugh Rachel!
